Not receiving e-mail notifications

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I also tried sending a mail from within the Administration panel (Issues->Mail->Send E-mail) to an entire group; it says the mails are sent successfully, but we never receive them. It's not in the spam folders.
