Not receiving e-mail notifications

Whenever I make an issue on the backlog or assign a sprint or simply update them, I want myself and my team to get an e-mail notification because they are simply not on Jira 24/7. Can somebody explain to me how to do this? Right now we don't receive this and I have to text my team manually in order to let them know there are new tasks.

What does the notification scheme say for your project?  And how have you set up outgoing email?

Hi Nic, thank you for your e-mail. Where can I find the notification scheme for my project? The outgoing mail is enabled.

Project Settings -> Notifications should take you to see them.

Ok, you'll need to add notifications to that, or make sure you create and update issues where you are a watcher, the reporter or assignee.

Please find the attachment above. We still don't receive e-mail notifications whenever somebody comments on an issue/to do, moves it, or just does anything with it.

I guess it already worked out. Took a few minutes in order the e-mail to arrive! Thanks buddy.
