Hey support-team,
we currently receive reports from employees, who don't receive jira-notifications.
I do receive all necessary notifications, so it seems to be an individual problem.
This concerns "@mentions" and approval-mails.
What information do you need?
I had have issues with 0365 sometimes . Had such similar issues , it could be an issue at mailserver end too .
Individual Profiles in 0365 had to make some changes with regard to FROM : EMAIL ADDRESS

To be honest this could be a rabbit hole of chasing things. I would go ahead and open a support ticket with Atlassian.
