My account was reactivated which was removed some time ago. But when I tried to sign in and reset my password I'm not getting any emails with the reset link.

Take a look in your spam folder. If it’s not there, you might want to ask your IT department if they have a rule blocking emails from outside domains.
You may also want to contact Atlassian support in case your account is under suppression list

Check your spam or junk mailbox first. If you still can't find the email in your mailbox or mail server, then it is likely that your email address has been added to Atlassian's suppression list, usually due to email bounces or rejections.
In that case, you or your Jira Admin will need to open a support case with Atlassian support to remove your email from the list:
