I haven't received any notification emails for about 2 weeks. I have enabled notifications option in my profile settings.
I think it's account issue because, I am not receiving any mails in my all projects.
Any solution?
@Ireneusz Michalik I found there was a suppression preventing email messages from being sent to your address. I have cleared this from our side. You should now be able to receive notifications from our Cloud services again.

I have added a tag to your post to raise it to the attention of Atlassian Team member who can check if your email address has been put on the suppression list.
They should respond to you in the next day or two.
