Not receiving notifications when an issue is created

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

This all suggests that I should be getting notified (actually get my notifications via Teams, rather than email), but getting notifications of all other expected things, like comments on issues.
Issue was created by a colleague (I have the personal setting to not receive notifications on changes I make, so haven't been expecting those).

Any assistance, would be much appreciated.

I've properly answered your thread in the internal support ticket you filled to Atlassian Support.

As I explained, Jira logs return that the notification for the issue SBS-3110 was properly sent and received, so your issue might be caused by an external feature (Email filtering, Spam queue, etc).
