Not receiving password reset email from JIRA

I forgot my login credentials to JIRA and I'm not receiving the password reset email. It is not in the junk folder either.

If you have configured outgoing mail in jira then should get the reset mail link from jira.

please check if it is configured or not.

Hi @Yogesh Mude, thanks for response! I actually have not configured outgoing mail in jira. Can you elaborate a little on how I can do it without being able to log in to JIRA?

Hi @Mariana D'Apuzzo,

Actually, there is no way without login to Jira and the configuring Outgoing mail in jira you should require system Administrator rights.
