Hi Atlassian Team,
I tried changing my email address for the account. Upon doing that I receive an email to the old address notifying me of the attempt to change, however I see no verification email to the new address.
I tried to request for this change several times so far , but no progress so far.
Could you please help me to resolve the issue. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to the community! For your information, most of us are users like you and don't have access to any backend systems from Atlassian ;)
Just to state/ask the obvious: Have you checked the spam folder in your new address? In some cases, the mail address could indeed be having some issues on Atlassian side. I have seen some occurrences where Atlassian was able to remove a mail address from some blacklist and then everything worked as expected again.
I see that you are on the Standard plan for your Atlassian environment. Are you an admin in this environment? If you are, you should be able to raise a request for Atlassian support via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to get the help you need.
