My organization reactivated your Atlassian and Trello accounts upon my return to my organization. When I am attempting to access the product or join the site (please see all 3 requests below as they are for different sites or products), I am receiving the following messages:
Verify your email before joining a site xxxxx.atlassian.net has approved your email domain (xxxxx.com) so you can join the site. Please re-verify your email address before joining a new site to ensure your account is secure.
I am not receiving any verification e-mails.
Hello.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community
I understand that you are not receiving emails. I suspect this is due to the email suppression
Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.
We have a community post that can help you to un-suppress emails. Please find the posts below
If you are unable to get the emails still , request you to reach out to support here: https://support.atlassian.com/ so that we can further check the account.
Thank You,
Prachi

Hello @Nicole Warfield
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Here are some trouble shooting tips:
Email address verification issues
If that does not resolve the issue then it is possible your email was added to a suppression list on the Atlassian side. Ask your company's Atlassian administrators to raise a support case with Atlassian support directly to find out if that is the case and get it resolved.
