Not receving email notification

Hi,

 

For last 10 days, i am not receiving any email if any ticket (which i am working) is updated or commented by others.

 

But before, i had received these emails correct.

 

Kindly let me know how this need to be fixed

Hi @Mahesh Gunda 

There could be a few different reasons why you are not receiving emails for updates or comments on tickets you are working on in Jira Cloud. These are the items that come into my mind at first glance:

  1. Your notification settings may have changed: Check your notification settings in Jira to make sure that you have not disabled notifications for updates or comments. Go to Jira Project Settings > Notifications and make sure that the relevant notification settings are turned on.

  2. Check your email address may in your Jira Profile

  3. Could they go into your spam folder: Check your spam or junk email folder to see if Jira emails are getting caught there.

If you are sure that neither worked, you can contact Jira support to see if there are any known issues and they can help you troubleshoot the problem.
