Not seeing images inline in descriptions any longer

It used to be when image attachments were referred to in Jira Descriptions that we'd see the image inline. Now we just see the markup -- for example:

Did something change? Is there a new setting or method we should use to get images in our Descriptions?

Probably you will need to ask for your JIRA Admin to check this kb and see if is this the reason of your issue
