Not update past story count or story point data in chart board

Lang Tran January 16, 2013
Atlassian JIRA (v4.4.4#664-r167664) & GreenHopper (v5.8.4)
Is it possible to prevent the chart board from update story count or story points for days that have already been past. This will give a better visual cue of what is happening during the sprint/iteration.
For example, on day 1, my sprint has 5 stories. On days 2, one story is moved to done. On day 3, team adds 1 new story to the sprint. On day 4, team moves two more stories to done. On day 5, team adds one new story. I would like to see the desired story burndown instead of the actual shown in the chart below. Same question for CFD.

Can you try the new Rapid boards? I am guessing that it is much more stricter on the values picked up based on the entry values into the Sprint.

Look like Jira v5.2.6/Greenhopper 6.2.2.2 fixes this.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Could you explain, what you exactly did to make it work, please? I'm using the Classic Issue Burndown Chart with Jira v.5.2.5 and Greenhopper 6.2.2.2. I would be surprised if a Jira upgrade to v5.2.6 would help?!

I'm using the new Scrum Board in Jira Agile (6.3). There are a couple additional fixes in 6.3.2.2 that you will want.
