I have an issue with the 'Create new Test' button located in the "Test Coverage" section for Xray (in my Jira Story).
When I click the button, nothing happens - I'm using Classic Software Project (perhaps the issue is there?)? I'm unsure if there is another setting/permission that needs to be enabled or reconfigured.
Note: another project in my Org is having success with the 'Create new Test' button - I looked at their settings and they match mine - they are using NextGen Software Project version - again, is this the issue?
@Eric Gumulak Welcome
When the Create test button is clicked the Create issue dialog (the create view where you normally create an issue) should appear.
If that is not happening, then the easiest way is to find out what information the console is providing when the action is performed. (use F12 console view to see what it says)

@Eric Gumulak Just curious if you figured out a solution to this. We are getting the same JS error as you are.

Hello @Eric Gumulak Wish you a happy new year.!
Seeing your issue, I suspect the below:
1. contact your Org Jira admin and check if there were any upgrades done to Jira.
2. is there a possibility of using different language? (other than english) in your servers
3. do you in your system, use multiple language?
4. If many in your org are getting this error, then its a server or deployment issue, else we need to think further. (contact Atlassian support).
5. finally do the traditional - Clear browser cache or other unrelated cache at the server (your admin will know) and try what happens. :)
