How to configure notifications for ticket update, not only for the assignee i.e. Additional Assignees?

1. Add additional users as watchers
2. Update the notification scheme to include your additional assignees / groups
3. Automation rule
Hi @Ryota Hashimoto You can decide who gets a notification on which event by changing the configuration of the notification scheme.
