We have created a project called Support-Madech.ai in Jira. A notification scheme has been configured and assigned to the project, and the relevant group members have been added to receive notifications.
Additionally, we have set up an incoming mail handler to create tickets when an email is sent to support@madtech.ai. The tickets are getting created successfully; however, the notification is not being triggered when an issue is created through this email.
We have two domain
1) @isocrates.com
2)@madtech.ai
Most of the projects are using @isocrates.com email id and one project is using @
@MADTECH.ai

Hi Jeevan Kumar K G! When issue is created from email do you get sender of email recorded in reporter field of ticket?
