I have all the access and admin rights for the JIRA account but I am not receiving any emails regarding any changes made by the team on JIRA.
All notifications emails are not coming.

Admins don't receive notification from all changes on tickets or other changes, for example, if someone deletes a user or customer.
To see what changes are being made on projects and users you can check the Audit log.
If you want to receive notifications from tickets created/modified, you must access the project settings of the desired project, then click on Notifications > Action > Edit notifications > Click on "Add" of each notification you want to receive and select a "Single user" to add your email.
