Notification when closing an issue and subtasks are still not Done

In our organization, an issue cannot be marked Done until all related subtasks are Done (same workflow for Stories and Subtasks, BTW). Users are inadvertently closing User Stories while the subtasks are still outstanding. Can they be warned about that before closing?  Similar to how one is warned about open Stories when closing a Sprint.

You can add a condition to the transition to done called Sub-Task Blocking condition to make sure they are completed before the parent can be marked Done.
