×Dears, since 15/01 the users from domain @challenge-ti.com not receiving any notifications, we need to create a new user from this domain and he's not receiving the confirmation e-mail and persons (like me) who receiving tickets notifications before this date stoped receiving... Could you check if in the server is blocking this domain?

I would suggest to contact Atlassian Support so they investigate if there's any issues on your instance or even on the backend. They would have the visibility to do so.
