Hello,

There is a spam filter before our email server and I would like to add to the white list all of the Jira email server which can send notification to our user. Can you provide a list of these servers?

Sometimes when Atlassian Cloud SMTP services get a bounce message from the destination email server, that email address gets added to a suppression list to prevent us from attempting to continue to send mail here.

If you have users that are not receiving email notifications from us, please let us know which users these are.  Atlassian support can remove that suppression, but it tends to require a support ticket or a community post that brings this to our attention so we can manage it.
