Notifications per component

Hi All

I want to be able to have a bunch of people to receive notifications for ALL changes made to their component. 

I can achieve the same behavior for a single user if i add component user in the notification schemes but how to achieve the same behavior for several users.

I do it by making the component lead a JIRA user that represents a group, and has an appropriate distribution list as the email address.
