Hello!

Please, help me. I can't see my notifications anywhere in my mail, on my mobile.
But notifications are turned on everywhere.

How to return notifications?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Checking the mail logs, I can see that notifications were sent and delivered to your email address.

Here is an example of notifications related to the ticket MAR-18:

Please, check if the notifications are not on spam or if there is a rule on your email that might be moving the Jira notifications to a specific folder.

From our side, there are no blocks or bounces.
