I want to create a notification scheme where i can send status to some people when status is changed. How to do it?

As an admin,

To create a scheme, --> Jira settings/ Issues/ Notification Schemes/ Copy or Add

To assign a scheme to a project, then --> Projects/ Project Settings/ Notifications/ Actions/ 

To create a notification scheme for status changes, then create a custom event --> Jira Settings/ System/ Click Advanced/ Events/ Add

• define the change with status/ workflow
