Notify Salesforce upon worklog update in JIRA

Greetings

We have a time tracking for issues in JIRA Cloud meaning how much time is spent on a JIRA ticket by the user. attached one screenshot

Whenever there is an update to worklog, we want to notify Salesforce with the following details.

1. User name ( Assignee )
2. JIRA Issue ID
3. worklog data example: number of hours spent
4. Project name

Can you please provide us some inputs around achieving the same? Thanks !
