HI,

when trying to use the "all issued filter" i get this error

Error occurred communicating with the server. Please reload the page and try again.

can you please help med resolve this issue?

This is due to an invalid custom field entry in the jql via the field configuration. This has to be identified from the logs and has to be removed. Refer this document soon.
