On Demand: Add-on Agile StoryMap is not responding

I are currently evaluating JIRA OnDemand with the Agile User Story Map plugin. When I select Story Map from Agile dropdown, I receive the error: Add-on Agile StoryMap is not responding. Wait or cancel? StoryMap never launches.

Hi Gary,

It sounds like your add-on has not initialised correctly. If you head to the add-on management menu:

https://<instance>/plugins/servlet/upm#manage

Expand 'Agile StoryMap' and click 'Disable' then 'Enable'. This will force the initialisation of the add-on. Then retry to access the 'Story Map' menu item
