On bulk importing jira tasks into an epic from a CSV it gets stuck

The percentage gets stuck. If i exit and try again it resumes at the percentage where the import got stuck at last time. Any ideas?

Hi @Holly Harvey welcome to the community!

I would probably check/do the following:

* Whether the CSV file is formatted correctly as described here
* Split the file into smaller chunks and import them separately
* Check the Jira status page
* Check the import log for any errors or warnings
