On recent JIRA upgrade (JIRA02), I lost my Administration privilege to my project CIEE. How do I restore it?

Actually, once I understood the new User interface I was able to find how to navigate to the Adminstration page and found out I had NOT lost it.

You will need to grant yourself the administer project permission (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Managing+Project+Permissions) to get back these permissions.
