One User Unable to see Original Estimate field

Hi,

I need assistance because I have one user who is not able to see the Original Estimate field in existing tickets. All the users can see the field. 

The user has the same permissions as all the other users.  Do you have any suggestions on what could be causing the issue? He's using Chrome (as is the rest of the team).

Hi @Roxana 

welcome to the community. I would find out an issue or a couple issues from the user in reference and then Jira has a built in tool for this! You would need Jira Admin access, Site Admin access may not grant you this function

 

You would want to use the where's my field option and put the user in question inside that box and it should tell you why!

Hi Clark,

Thank you very much for your assistance.  The issue turned out to be that the user has multiple profiles (accounts).  Logging out and logging back in resolved the issue.  I appreciate your time.
