We have one employee (out of 20ish) who is receiving the below error when he gets into Jira tickets OR when he is assigning tickets in Jira that came from the customer portal.
No, one else is able to recreate this error.

It's been quite some time, however I will just follow-up with you in case this was addressed. Perhaps you could share what's happened.
Unfortunately images were not properly uploaded, so I cannot see what the error was.
But just giving a wild though here. Normally, when there is just one user affected, I would suspect:
1. PC/browser configuration.
In this case worth checking if you can reproduce it in incognito mode.
2. Networking.
In this case worth checking if you can reproduce it using another, say, home network.
I am just guessing here, so let us know if you need any help.

Thank you for the follow up. We haven't noticed this problem continuing. I'm sure how the error was removed, however it has been fixed.
