One of our Jira users keeps getting his access revoked. Can I track the history of admin actions?

Deleted user March 22, 2019

We have a weird scenario where every few weeks, a jira user in the jira-user group has his access revoked.

Whilst it only takes a second to grant access, I'd like to be able to identify why it happens in the first place.

Is there any way I can look through Site Administration to track actions performed on his account?

Hi @[deleted]

As an admin,

go to the adminscreen "system", and under "System Support" you will see "Audit Log".

Use the filter at the top to select the user.

This should provide you with all the answers that you need.

Dave

Hi @Dave Bosman [Realdolmen] ,

I think @[deleted] is on Cloud...if so he probably does not have access to the audit log.

@[deleted] if you are not able to get to the audit log please reach out to Atlassian via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/, they should be able to help investigate this for you.
