Only the current user can be assigned to an epic

Hi there,

I have an issue where any user that is viewing an Epic is only able to assign themselves to that epic (including those who are admins). I'm sure there's a permission somewhere I need change but I can't find it.

Hi @Wes Nolte 

You can restrict Assign Issue (Ability to assign issues to other people.) only to "Current User" in the permission scheme used by the project and remove all project roles and groups.

No body should be able to change the assignee of an issue except except the current assignee.
