I have a Jira filter for all my tickets. Is there a quick way to open all Jira filters in separate tabs so i can go through each one and understand the status?

Your JQL returns back results related to Jira only, it doesn't have any control over your browser.
I will suggest you a Jira Dashboard where you will be able to see the results on the dashboard gadgets.
