Open tickets are not moving to the next sprint once i close the active one.

Hi

When I close my current sprint and mark to transfer the open tickets to the next sprint,
The open tickets are left with an empty sprint value.

What can be the reason for it?

Might be a stupid question, but do you already have a new Sprint created in your backlog?

And i marked to transfer the open tickets to the next Sprint(and choose the sprint )
