Option to cancel or enter more option is not available while creating a issue in Backlog

Option to cancel or enter more option is not available while creating a issue in Backlog.

I select the + Create issue in the backlog and enter the name, but i am not seeing any options to cancel or save that Issue.

Hi Bharani - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you just press Enter, it will create the new issue. Or you can clear out all of the text and press Enter to "cancel".

HI @Bharani Selvam, are you able to see the cancel option for other boards? Also, were you able to see the save option before? The backlog quick entry typically uses the enter key to save your issue.
