Structure cannot detect it by itself (though Structure.Gantt can show it in its timeline), you can use ScriptRunner or a similar app to create a scriptable field: (I believe issue.fixVersions*.releaseDate should work, found it in another community ticket) and then put it in Structure table.

Actually, I wanted to note that we are preparing such a feature for Structure itself. Let me post here an update when it is ready.

Feedback I received from vendor:
"It's already possible to see the Fix version and Sprint details in the Summary column.

The only thing is that you'd need to group by Sprint instead of Fix Version/s."
