Option to download attached emails so I can open in Outlook is no longer available

It used to be easy to download an email attached to a JIRA ticket and open in Outlook. This option is no longer available.

Email opens in a pop-up window but no option to reply to sender.

Now I have to create a new email in Outlook and copy/paste the attached email content and sender details.

Welcome. There are outlook add-ons to jira which can extend your integration between the two:
