We are a user of Fogbugz-on-demand, but are considering to move to Jira Software (Cloud).

According to the documentation

there should be an option to import Fogbugz projects, but this option is missing in my instance. No clue why, probably simple but as said, we are new to Jira.

OK - I now see this import wizard is only available for Jira Server, not for the Cloud version.

Seems strange to me that this cloud version has less capabilities than the server-based version, but OK. We'll try through the CSV import.

We migrated one instance of Fogbugz to Jira Cloud a few years ago, and as we prepared to migrate our remaining Fogbugz instance this week, found this post and explanation.  Seriously, Atlassian?  Can that be the correct (self) answer?
