I manage access management for an instance in my organization. Need to address a request where an account has got disabled. Not sure how it got disabled. when we checked, we learnt that account was created in the wrong environment. We need to add him back to the correct environment but with his account disabled, we cannot do anything to his account now without Org Admin access.
The person with Org Admin access has quit the organization and i dont know if anybowdy in the organization has Org Admin access. I only have site admin access and unable to do any changes to the account.
Need help to resolve this issue?
If there are no other org admins, you will need to open a support ticket with Atlassian in order to have someone else added as an org admin.
