Org Admin has left the business

Hi, I have read the instructions from a previous post and for our circumstances it recommends to post a new question. (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-questions/How-do-I-remove-an-organization-admin/qaq-p/1140954)

We have a free instance and need the Org Admin removed as they have left the business 4yrs ago.  We have not needed to change anything that a Site admin couldn't do until now.

I am a Site Admin and happy to take the Org Admin role.
