Am trying to configure JIRA and XRAY for my organization .

We are product based org. So we do have Core Product's Project releases and Several other Client specific Projects and its releases.

Test Artifacts of Core Product's releases are shareable and re-useable across client engagements .

I have currently defined seperate projects for each one . We need to understand at any point of time , the latest version of Core Product's Test Cases and reuse it in client specific projects wherever applicable . And also need to demonstrate a metric of re-useability of test scenarios , test cases across different engagements.

I see that master repository we create are project specific .

Can you kindly share the best recommendation of usage of Test Repository in our context

Hi Kamala,

The best way to organize your projects and still have the features you need will be trough Test Plans and the Test Plan Boards. Other than that, cloning and moving Test Cases throughout your projects would also be an option.

If you need better monitoring of the process you can create a ticket in our support Service Desk.

Best Regards,

Xray Team
