Welcome to Atlassian Community.
In order to enable the original estimate field on your board, you'll need to navigate to the Board settings --> Estimation --> choose Original Estimate Time as your Estimation Statistic. Once the Estimation Statistic is selected, the field will be added to your project.
Kindly note that this option is specific to the Scrum Board and the same would not be present if using a Kanban Board.

I was rather interested in Kanban Board.
I need to find the solution that gives me the opportunity to create issue with possibility to input estimated hours and then upon using Work log to get the output in the Time Tracking section with detailes duch as: Estimated, Remaining, Logged.
Currently while creating an issue I am using the filed called Hours saved by automation. However it does not reflect the estimated hours in the Time Tracking section.
Event an automatic calculation of the Remaining hours doesn't Work.
