Other Team's bug/bugs reflecting in my team's Active sprint

Hi All,

Seeking support on below issue. 

We have multiple team's board in Jira. I have noticed that other team's bugs are reflecting in my team active sprint board. I am seeing two active sprints i.e., one for my team and with two bugs one more active sprint for another team. I am not able to figure it out. Please help

Hope you are doing well.

The board filter query fetches the bugs of different team,
If there is no any specific identifier - which differentiate your tickets which others, if yes then use that in your board filter query.

if not then will request you to add a specific component in all the tickets which belongs to your team and also modify the board filter query and make it project & component specified. 

(project = ABC and Component = Team-A and Issuetype in (Bug, Task)).

Issue I am facing is in active Sprint board. When I check the filters in the Active Sprint dashboard, I see two active sprints one is of my team and other is of different teams (Only 2 bugs are there with different team name but reflecting in my sprint board)

Boards created from JQL filters display the exact same issues that the filter returns.
The two bugs of different team are also fetch by the same Board filter (that two bugs are belong to active sprint that's why two active sprint is visible on your board).
Could you please share the syntax of your board filter query which you are using for your scrum board.

Might be that two bugs are using the same unique value of your team which differentiate all teams issues of your project.

Request you to cross check the board filter query by following below document:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/change-board-filters-for-a-company-managed-board/ and the two bugs of different teams and the assignee to modify those value (or correct those value) due to which those two issue reflecting on your board.
