Our Users are Unable to see Import Issues from CSV

Hi Team

As a Jira Administrator i am able to see the option " Import Issues from CSV", But our users are not able to see it. Can you please help us.

It's a permission issue. Go to your Global Permissions and check the bulk change permissions.
