Our atlassian admin left our company days and we need to get back atlassian admin permission

Hi,
This is Vrushni writing from CollabNet Software Private Limited.We have a JIRA add-on that supports integration with our product. (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/net.collab.orchestrate.trackerlistener/server/support)
So we have our atlassian admin, Victor Szalvaya (vszalvay@collab.net ) who left our company days ago.We are now unsure how to continue uploading our add on to JIRA Market Place.I have been the secondary contact all these years and would appreciate any help in this matter.
