Hello!

I w'd like to set up outgoing email for Jira Software, but i can't find where

Now we get email with "admin" in From, see here: http://prntscr.com/kphdmb

But, it's not good and i need to change name to "Jira" instead of "admin"

Hi Alexander,

Whenever a user performs an action, and an notification is send out, Jira will add the (full) name of the user to the notification.
The name can be seen in the User Manager, https://<instance name>/admin/users

The User Manager extracts the name information from the Atlassian ID.
So to change 'admin' to something else, you need to adjust your Atlassian ID account information (the full name) at, https://id.atlassian.com

Be aware that this change will be effective on all Atlassian portals/products, where this  Atlassian ID account is used.
