PMI report can not show completely

When i create a gadget, eazybi report, the PMI report can not show completely. it shows error with "Failed to render chart, Error message. Reference error, highcharts is not defined., "

​This error message shows that the page has difficulties loading one of the eazyBI libraries.
​One of the possible reasons might be that some of the browser add-ons are blocking JavaScript loading.
​
​Please check if the page loads correctly on another browser.
Please clear the browser cache and reload the page - that should solve the situation in most cases.
​
However, if the report still fails after clearing the browser cache - please send your inquiry to support@eazyBI.com, and we will look for the other reasons for failure.
