We have some serious problems browsing JIRA, because of Javascript files reloaded every time, due to server giving an immediate expiration time
is it a bug in version 8.13.14 ?
or is there any quick configuration workround to fix this please?
from locally expiration is ok:

Expires is 202_2_ so a full year :) but yes, I have the same issues (long loading time) and still no solution :-/
I upgraded in 8.20.1 and the expiration is ok from the browser now
