Parent Link does not show up on EPIC form.

I have JIRA and PORTFOLIO.

I added the initiative type and hierarchy but when I create an EPIC it does not have the parent link field...

Try adding "Parent Link" field to view/edit screen of epic manually.

I am also having this issue, we are using premium, when I view the configuration for the Epic issue fields I see the 'Parent Link' field but it does NOT show on the Epic detail screen and I can not figure out why.
