Password complexity policy dissapeared

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I need to restrict simple passwords.
I've seen that https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Password+Policy+for+JIRA1 week ago, but it is not actual information for now.
So, how can i force strong passwords now?
