Password reset - Recovery link is not getting into email account

I am facing a challenge in logging to my JIRA account.(jira@team-1617342703930.atlassian.net). Its a company owned standard plan.

I could not recollect my password for the account, however recovery link is not getting into my email id. Please help me here to reset my password.

Hi Prasad,

I have found there was a previously rejected message sent to that address.  As a result our email system can prevent future messages from being sent there.  I have removed this block, so you should be able to try again once more.

In the future, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact for these kinds of requests.  Typically these kinds of email issues are more easily addressed in that support channel.
